This past Sunday I hosted my first set of minis of the year….SPRING ONES!!! And boy oh boy was it the perfect day for these sessions. The morning was crisp and so quiet, and they even had some of the animals out at the park. I didn’t realize until all my sessions were done, but all of my families all have little boys….LOL. All of these boys are all so full of life, which to me is so precious.
My Fall mini sessions this year were SOOOO much fun. I love watching my clients’ families grow, and meeting new ones. 🙂
From Crump Park to Carter’s Mountain, I was a traveling fool this week, plus a wedding on top on it.
I love both places for the scenery and the Fall feel. Although Carter’s Mountain is a bit cooler due to altitude, which I will remember for next year.
A HUGE thank you to all that I got to spend time with during this weekend, I catching up with every one.
I couldn’t wait to post and blog about this session. As I begin planning this months ago, I wanted to use a few models for this. As my go to girl, Katelyn, works in the evenings until 6, she was not able to attend this one, but my lovely friend Stacy was SOOO excited for this session. I am working with Stacy a lot this year, with her cute son Brycen that I get to see at least once a month. 🙂 This session was to be ALL about her, and what woman doesn’t need just a few photos just about her!! Since Stacy has AMAZING fire red hair, I decided to go with more of a hollywood glam style hair to show off her long locks. As yesterday was a lot of firsts for Stacy, first time for fake eye lashes, red lips, and CORSET!! Believe it or not, she is THREE months postpartum and look at how FANTASTIC she looks!!!!!
I absolutely LOVE the spring time, not only for flowers and lots of green, but because I get to meet new clients for awesome sessions like this. These two little boys, aaaahhhhh, they are the cutest and so full of spunk and life.
I follow quite a few blogs, and only a few family photographers. When they say you never know what your going to get with children, they are right. And boy do they really say the darnest things, this session proved both, but help me build my skills on more non-posed images, and letting kids just be kids.
I have known Ashley since we were both very young. It has been such a pleasure to watch her grow into an amazing woman, wife, and mother.
I can not believe little Conard is already a year old, where has the time gone? It seems like just a few weeks ago I was taking his newborn pictures, and that is so bitter sweet for myself and Ashley I’m sure. He is quite the happy baby, which I ALWAYS LOVE! He is all boy, and 100% loveable!!!
I would like to first say thank you all for a wonderful 2013 already. I had contacts for spring mini sessions at the beginning of the year, and it seems like just yesterday, but they will be here NEXT weekend.
These sessions will be April 13th and 14th in the mornings and the evenings. They are open to families, couples, individual, and maternity. Sessions will be 30 minutes long, and will include an 2-5×7’s and 16 wallets, an online gallery to share with friends and family, and a Facebook timeline cover.
Sessions will be held at Crump Park!! Price is $110, with a $25 print credit!
I met Bethany during the spring when I did their first family session with me. I fell in LOVE with little Miss Emmie, she is SOOOO cute and SOOOO sweet. (I even got a kiss this session) This is such a loving family, and I don’t mean just Bethany and Aaron, but also their parents, you taught them well. 🙂 This session was so much fun from Bethany’s Dad boob grabbing her mom, I’m glad y’all still got it in ya, I’m impressed 🙂 Aaron, not being able to mean mug me without laughing, I am telling y’all I must be beyond funny looking. hehehehe I look forward to working with y’all in the future and continuing to watch Miss Emmie grow 🙂
